Our Cleaning Personnel

We pride ourselves on the high standards and excellent service that we offer to our customers, and our cleaning personnel play a huge roll in ensuring these standards are delivered. Therefore Provac Cleaning Services are strongly of the opinion that the selection of the cleaning operatives is an essential part of a successful cleaning contract.

To this end we directly employ all our cleaning operatives. They are interviewed personally and references are required and followed up. All cleaners are trained in-house, and this includes an induction; thorough Health & Safety procedure; risk assessments and the safe use, handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.

We are ever mindful of the local conditions that prevail in our area of operation and endeavour to ensure our staff are given excellent management support and a realistic pay structure, which in turn promotes loyalty, team spirit and motivated cleaning operatives.

We fully comply with the Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and we hold full Public & Employers Liability Insurance of up to £10 million.

Equal Opportunities

Provac recognises the provision of equal opportunities in the workplace. It is our policy to provide employment equality to all, irrespective of gender; marital or civil partnership status; having or not having dependants; religious beliefs or political opinion; race; disability; sexual orientation or age.

We are opposed to all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination. All job applicants, employees and others who work for us are treated fairly and will not be discriminated against on any of the above grounds. Decisions about recruitment and selection, promotion, training or any other benefit will be made objectively and without unlawful discrimination.
